Shipping and Handling Policy
Items are generally shipped on the same business day if ordered before 3 pm Pacific Time. Orders later than 3 pm, will be shipped by the second business day. No shipping on weekends or public holidays. Usually books are in stock but if your order quantity exceeds our inventory, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for backordering or drop shipment. We will notify you if there will be a delay in your shipment. Please note: Orders are shipped from Portland, Oregon.
US Domestic Shipping
1 USPS Media Mail Shipping: (1-2 weeks - sometimes may take longer)$5 flat fee for all domestic shipments in the continental US (excl. Alaska & Hawaii) : unlimited items

2 Priority Mail®: (3 business days) Starting at $9.00 and up according to zone. Usually arrives in 3 business days, excluding public holidays but not guaranteed.
Note: For USPS Priority Mail, the USPS tracking function only provides information on the shipping date and delivery date. Since it is by air, it doesn't usually provide in between transit activities like some private carries.
3 UPS or FedEx Ground Home Delivery/Business: (1 week) $10.00 flat fee unlimited items in the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii, guaranteed delivery, covering insurance up to $100. No P.O. Box for UPS or FedEx. We reserve the right to upgrade you to another shipping method if it is faster than UPS or FedEx ground. When choosing FedEx or UPS business, please include business name. If your business is in a residential area you must select UPS/FedEd Home delivery. We reserve the right to choose the shipper. FedEx tracking | UPS Tracking
4 Guaranteed Second Day Mail: Orders placed before noon will arrive overnight to most cities except Friday (Friday orders arrive on Monday). Orders placed after 12 p.m. will arrive on the second business day to most cities. DHL Tracking | USPS Tracking
International Shipping
We now have new flat rate shipping available for international customers. Tracking is available for express mail for most destinations. We ship globally. Countries other than English-speaking countries upon request. For large orders contact customer service for shipping options and quotes.
